JollyRage Beat - Free Version License Agreement.

his license agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the producer ("Licensor") and the individual or entity purchasing the free version of the beat titled 'JollyRage' ("Licensee").

By downloading or using the beat, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Grant of License:

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the 'JollyRage' beat solely for non-profit purposes. This includes personal, educational, or non-commercial projects.

Credit and Attribution:

Licensee agrees to credit the producer as 'prod.m$d' in any form of distribution where the beat is utilized. Additionally, Licensee shall include a direct link to one of the producer's social handles in the credit, ensuring proper acknowledgment.

Usage Restrictions:

This license does not grant the right for commercial use, resale, or distribution of the beat for profit. Any use beyond the scope of this Agreement requires the purchase of an appropriate commercial license from the Licensor.

Digital Delivery:

Licensor will provide Licensee with a digital file containing the full license terms. This file will be made available for download alongside the beat file upon completion of the transaction.
